Most bathrooms take one to two weeks and most kitchens two to three, depending on size and finishes. We confirm a timeline in your quote.
Can underfloor heating go into an existing home?
Yes. Wet systems suit new extensions and floors being dug out, and lower-profile systems can go over existing floors.
How do payments work?
Staged payments tied to completed parts of the job. We never ask for large sums up front.

Wet underfloor heating for extensions and renovated floors, finished with a level screed.
Even, efficient warmth
Underfloor heating frees up wall space and heats a room evenly from the ground up. It works especially well in open-plan kitchens and extensions.
We lay the insulation, pipework and manifold, then pour a flowing screed that sets level and helps the heat spread evenly.

Expert groundworks
Good groundwork is what everything else sits on. We handle excavation, foundations, drainage and floor slabs ourselves, with our own machinery.
Drainage is laid to the correct falls and inspected before anything is covered over.

Fencing & Gates
Timber fencing and gates, built solid and hung to last.
Fencing and gates
